They say a house isn’t a home until you’ve hung some pictures on the wall, and we believe the same can be said for a community. Only, instead of pictures, a town doesn’t really become a home until its residents are drawn together for memorable events.
We saw a heaping helping of that over the weekend, with three festive events taking place on Saturday, Dec. 2, including Breakfast with Santa, Rudolph’s Reindeer Romp and, of course, the Stroll in the Glow.

We saw a heaping helping of that over the weekend, with three festive events taking place on Saturday, Dec. 2, including Breakfast with Santa, Rudolph’s Reindeer Romp and, of course, the Stroll in the Glow.
These events were made possible thanks to the efforts of a large number of your friends and neighbors. From local service organizations to town staff, church groups, businesses and even kindhearted youth groups, this past weekend’s trio of activities was truly orchestrated for the town, by the town.
We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all of the folks who put in the hours to make these events possible. If you attended one (or better yet, all) of the events, you likely only saw a fraction of the hard-working elves who came together to give Fountain Hills an early holiday present. The whole weekend went off without a hitch, and we know a lot of effort has to go into making something look so perfectly effortless.
Most importantly, events like these give families a great reason to call Fountain Hills home. And if they need some pictures to hang on their own walls, we’re betting this weekend afforded plenty of opportunities to fill some frames.
