Fountain Hills High School basketball coach Matt Keating is hosting a special presentation for local athletes on Saturday, Nov. 11, from 10 to 11 a.m. The event is called “Becoming a winner in your sport and everywhere in your life,” and it is presented by Scott Peltin, co-founder and chief performance officer of TIGNUM.
During the presentation, Peltin will discuss the following topics:
*Develop your high performance mindset toolkit through ups and downs in training and competition.
*Explore innovative strategies you can use in both academics and athletics.
*Learn the skills of sustainable high performance current professional athletes utilize for their highly competitive lifestyles.
This presentation will be hosted out of the high school auditorium and all student athletes, coaches and parents are invited to attend.
Scott Peltin has personally coached thousands of high-performing, top-level leaders in Fortune 100 companies, professional sports and military special operations to improve their energy, mental agility, resilience, and mindset. Prior to founding TIGNUM in 2003, Peltin worked in the US Fire Service for over 25 years, serving on the front line as a firefighter and captain, and later leading his crews as a battalion and division chief.
