Fountain Hills High School will host two important events to welcome eighth graders to the campus, which are open to any students in grades eight through 12 who are not currently attending FHHS. Current eighth graders attending Fountain Hills Charter School are encouraged to attend.

The first event will take place on Friday, Jan. 15, and includes a school tour and orientation. Eighth graders will be on the high school campus from 9:15 to 11:15 a.m. and will eat lunch at the high school.

They will meet with the administrative team, school counselors, Falcon Leaders and more, who will show them around the campus, visit some classrooms and end the visit with a private lunch and club/activity fair in the cafeteria.

Students currently attending Fountain Hills Middle School will be bused to FHHS for the event.

The second event is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 19, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. This will be a parent orientation, and it will be hosted in the FHHS lecture hall.

The administrative and counseling team will be on hand to tell parents about Fountain Hills’ excelling school, explain the transition process and familiarize parents with the opportunities that await at FHHS. This event is open to any parent who will be new to FHHS next year.

For any questions regarding these events, contact Principal Tom Brennan at tbrennan@fhusd.org.
