“Our first responders (fire, police, EMTs) have stressful jobs which can impact their physical and emotional health,” said Dr. Jyoti Patel, owner of the new medical practice.
The workshop topics will include reversing chronic disease, supplements, meditation, stretching yoga for beginners, nutrition, PTSD and sleep.
“It is my hope that through my community outreach, we can help those who serve to protect us to live healthier, happier lives. If there is anything I can do to help them develop skills to become resilient to stress and improve their health, I have met my purpose,” said Patel.
