It is a little known fact that at an Elks National Convention held in Dallas, Texas in 1908, a proclamation was made to set aside June 14 every year as National Flag Day. Elks Lodges nationwide celebrate this grand occasion each year.
The program will be interesting for all, including students and youths, such as the Boy Scouts.
