Flood watch placed for Fountain Hills

Storms throughout the week

Temperatures will drop into the 80s as storms are forecasted.

Fountain Hills has been placed on a flood watch by the National Weather Service from Tuesday to Wednesday night.

The town has a 50% chance of thunderstorms Tuesday during the day with those odds rising to 70% at night. Wednesday will have a high of 89 degrees with an 80% chance of storms forecasted, according to the NWS.

Storm chances will remain through the evening, though dropping to 40%, then picking back up to 60% Wednesday night.
