Foster Your Future is a 501(c)3 that supports young adults out of foster care who are required to be drug-free and working, according to a press release.
Young adults complete an application that requires a one-year commitment and weekly work with an assigned mentor/volunteer.
Those studying for a career can access monthly housing funds by sharing passing grades and financial prudence to their mentors.
Their mentors pinpoint and propose an amount needed for housing funds which can cost upwards of $7,500 per year for each student.
“Your support and confidence in what we are doing is so appreciated,” said the nonprofit Founder Ginny Paulsen. “If you do feel strongly about what we are doing, please consider telling your friends and family who pay Arizona taxes about our AZ Tax Credit, and Fry’s Community Rewards.”
