Chamber events manager Sharon Morgan said this year’s festival will spotlight about 480 artists and crafters, food vendors, two beer gardens and live music.
About 20 to 25 percent of this year’s artisans are new exhibitors. All applicants go through a jurying process where only the top artists in each category are accepted.
The November show is a popular venue to begin holiday shopping for distinctive items.
Along with a similar festival in February, the events are the major revenue source for the Chamber of Commerce.
Street closures
The Avenue of the Fountains, from La Montana Drive to Saguaro Boulevard, and Saguaro Blvd., from El Lago to Palisades Blvd., is scheduled to close to motor vehicle traffic by 3 p.m., Thursday, and reopen early Monday morning.
