The Town of Fountain Hills has officially issued the building permit for Sprouts Farmers Market to begin construction. Completion of the 23,024 square foot market in the Four Peaks shopping center off Shea and Saguaro Boulevards is still on track for end of the calendar year, Nick Orozco of Sandor Development said.
“We’re super excited about it,” he said.
Orozco says they believe the market will help drive business for the other small shops in the Four Peaks Plaza and will “significantly going to enhance the overall experience for the community.”
