The Fountain Hills Art League (FHAL) will meet at the Community Center, Monday, Jan. 6, at 6 p.m.

O’Connor is a self-taught artist who loves collage, color and creating something positive out of life’s many invitations to learn and grow, according to a press release.

She is also a writer, author and a lover of all things inspiring and kind.

In 2013, while recovering from the chronic effects of Valley Fever, O’Connor began playing with paint. She found solace, healing and joy in every stroke.

O’Connor’s acrylic mixed-media art reflects her love of nature. She hopes viewers of her work find inspiration, joy and the path back to their hearts.

O’Connor’s work can be found at the Fountain Hills Artists’ Gallery and Russo Salon. To see more of her work, visit vickioart.com.
