The Fountain Hills Artists’ Gallery will hold a demonstration Tuesday, Nov. 18, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., led by Ceramicist Janine Carter.
Carter was born in Rio De Janeiro, where she lived amidst the pageantry of color, sound and diversity that is Brazilian culture. Now living among the saguaros and desert rock formations, she finds herself a product of two worlds.
Every one of Carter’s pieces is unique, all with textured surfaces from discarded objects re-purposed into art.

The gallery is located at 16858 E. Avenue of the Fountains and is open Monday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
