Fountain Hills boys basketball seniors continue winning culture

Ort joins elite company; Bonner reaches 100 wins

The Fountain Hills High School boys basketball team is on a roll and outscored its opponents 131-60 in the last two games.

Keaton Ort reached 1,000 career points in the 61-18 win over Bourgade Catholic (2-10) on Jan. 20, and he and four other seniors played their last home game on Tuesday, Jan. 23. The No. 11 Falcons (10-3) defended their home court by beating Chino Valley (4-9) 70-42.

Tanner Barnhart, Gavin Hicks, Brayden Hardison, Liam Jagodzinski and Ort were all recognized before the game and played the entire first quarter. Hicks scored eight of his 12 points in the first quarter, helping the Falcons lead 16-8.
