There are three seats up for election on the Fountain Hills Unified School District (FHUSD) Governing Board this November.
FHUSD Board President Jill Reed has announced she will not seek reelection, and members Madicyn Reid and Lillian Acker have two more years left on their term. Dr. Richard Rutkowski’s term is ending, and he is seeking reelection.
Rutkowski was appointed by Maricopa County School Superintendent Steve Watson to replace member Dana Saar, whose term would have ended this November. Watson never appointed a replacement for member Libby Settle, and her seat has two years left on term.
