Registration and practice for the Fountain Hills Community Chorus Spring Concerts are now available for choristers to join and prepare for the Spring Concert series.
Registration and practice dates are on the following three Mondays:
Monday, Jan. 8, at 5 p.m. with practice from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Fountain Hills Community Center, 13001 N. La Montana Drive; Monday, Jan. 15, at 5 p.m. with practice from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church, 13001 N. Fountain Hills Blvd.; and Monday, Jan. 22, at 5 p.m. with practice from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Community Center.
The non-audition Community Chorus was founded in 1991 by a group of Fountain Hills residents. It is a four-part harmony ensemble and is open to all who love to sing and desire to grow musically.
The chorus performs two winter holiday concerts and two spring concerts each year. The Community Chorus is funded entirely from membership dues, concert ticket sales, grants and donations.
The spring performances are Saturday, March 23, at 4 p.m. and Sunday, March 24, at 4 p.m.
