The Fountain Hills Community Chorus will perform patriotic songs to celebrate the 250th anniversary of America in two performances this spring.
The semiquincentennial concerts will begin at 4 p.m. on March 21 and 22 at the Fountain Hills Community Center, 13001 N. La Montana Dr., according to a flyer on the FHCC’s website.
The performance will feature patriotic music accompanied by several brass instruments. It is a departure from the chorus’ typical piano-supported performances, according to FHCC artistic director Matthew Frable.
