The Fountain Hills Community Garden flourished in 2025, seeing various successful community events and an abundance of interest.
In its second year at its new location next to the Community Center, it has been overflowing with gardeners and community members getting into the hobby. Garden Manager and Boardmember Rita Applegate said they celebrated their eight-year anniversary with Extended Hands Food Bank by filling the donation truck, and she highlighted one resident bringing 21 gallon jugs of milk for the drive.
The garden also held a successful silent auction.
