The Fountain Hills Community Garden is hosting a cooking class Saturday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m.
The class will be led by local chef Byron Roman who will discuss the topic of Blue Zones and present three recipes: Tostones with Avocado cream sauce, Chayote Squash with bean and corn salad and Chiles Rellenos with quinoa, spinach and mushroom filling.
The class will be held in the pavilion at the Fountain Hills Community Garden.

The Fountain Hills Community Garden is hosting a cooking class Saturday, Dec. 7, at 11 a.m.
The class will be led by local chef Byron Roman who will discuss the topic of Blue Zones and present three recipes: Tostones with Avocado cream sauce, Chayote Squash with bean and corn salad and Chiles Rellenos with quinoa, spinach and mushroom filling.
The class will be held in the pavilion at the Fountain Hills Community Garden.
It is free to attend for garden members or $5 for the general public at the gate.
