The Fountain Hills Community Garden is set to host its annual Plant Sale Fundraising Event.

The event is at the Community Garden Saturday, March 2, from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., rain or shine

The plant sale is open to the general public and features healthy, hearty Arizona-grown vegetables, herbs and flower starts, all of which have started in the Community Garden’s new greenhouse, according to garden board member Marilyn Maiwald. A variety of succulents are also available for purchase.

The price of the plants is $4 each. Prices on succulents vary depending on size.

The Fountain Hills Community Garden is located near the Fountain Hills Library and River of Time Museum, at the corner of El Lago and Boulevard and La Montana Drive.
