Fountain Hills council approves job order agreements

For as needed work for town

Sometimes the Town of Fountain Hills needs to get work done in a hurry, on an emergency basis leaving no time to go through a normal bidding or selection process.

At its meeting on June 18, the Town Council approved six job order services agreements. Public Works Director Justin Weldy told the council that this is an efficient and collaborative procurement tool.
