Fountain Hills council names new commission members
Appointments made Nov. 21
The Town Council voted unanimously to make appointments to several of its volunteer advisory commissions during its Nov. 21, regular meeting.
The History and Culture Commission needed four appointments to fill vacancies on the panel. Those appointed included Bob Burns, John Gibson, Dave Peterson and Tim Yoder. Susan Obst-Dworkis was reappointed to the History and Culture Commission.
Randy Crader was named to the Sister Cities Advisory Commission.

The Town Council voted unanimously to make appointments to several of its volunteer advisory commissions during its Nov. 21, regular meeting.
The History and Culture Commission needed four appointments to fill vacancies on the panel. Those appointed included Bob Burns, John Gibson, Dave Peterson and Tim Yoder. Susan Obst-Dworkis was reappointed to the History and Culture Commission.
Randy Crader was named to the Sister Cities Advisory Commission.
Joseph Reyes was appointed to a seat on the Strategic Planning Advisory Commission.
Carol Perica and Paul Ryan were reappointed to the Board of Adjustment.
Janice Holden and DJ Willard were reappointed to the McDowell Mountain Preservation Commission.
Applicants to the volunteer commissions are interviewed by a subcommittee of Town Council members who make recommendations to the mayor, who brings the recommendations forward for a vote of the full council.
