The Fountain Hills Town Council will have a light preholiday agenda when it meets on Tuesday, Dec. 17.
Council is to consider a request to waive cut and fill standards in the Subdivision Ordinance for a home to be built in the 15000 block of Westridge Drive. The waiver would allow for a fill in excess of 10 feet to provide for a single level living area on a sloped lot. The maximum fill for the project is 15 feet.
The Subdivision Ordinance allows builders and homeowners to request the council for a waiver for a cut or fill on a lot.
