Town of Fountain Hills Vice Mayor Hannah Toth asked the town council to consider appointing a three-member working group composed of council members to review and propose revisions to the Town Code, Section 2, Rules of Procedure.
The section outlines the process for elections, filling vacancies on the council and review of ethics complaints and violations.
The council voted 5-2 March 4, to appoint Toth and councilmembers Gayle Earle and Rick Watts to the work committee. Councilmembers Brenda Kalivianakis and Peggy McMahon were the dissenting votes.
