Fountain Hills Town Councilman Allen Skillicorn has filed suit in U.S. District Court for Arizona alleging civil rights violations by three fellow councilmembers, Mayor Ginny Dickey, an attorney who reviewed ethics complaints for the town and the town itself.
Skillicorn called a press conference to explain the lawsuit to the media in front of the federal courthouse in downtown Phoenix on Tuesday afternoon. He spoke to this reporter from The Times Independent, a television cameraman and a handful of his supporters who showed up.
Skillicorn described what he called a “crime spree of corruption” at Town Hall.
