Fountain Hills district opens applications for board seat

Two items were ironed out at a Nov. 19 regular Fountain Hills Unified School District Governing Board meeting, though only one was discussed publicly.

The board unanimously voted to approve both a process to fill its vacant board seat and another step in its attempt to sell some of the vacant land the district owns.

The board seat, vacated by Madicyn Reid’s resignation in October, will be filled, in part, through an application process.
