Like many school district administrators, Fountain Hills Unified Superintendent Cain Jagodzinski uses metaphors about stopping leaks.
But that’s no metaphor when it comes to roofs that leak and have other problems at Fountain Hills High School and other district facilities. Jagodzinski and a handful of other FHUSD leaders have worked on ways recently to find state or other money to make both short-term and larger long-term roofing projects.
“The high school has a room that flooded from a roof leak, and we haven’t been able to use it for about a year,” Jagodzinski told The Times Independent, in talking about a rainstorm that led to a leak.
