Kettlebell juggling is unorthodox, and it often leaves first-time watchers slack-jawed. 

What can resemble the Harlem Globetrotters juggling a basketball around and across their body is often done with a 12-kilogram (26.45 pounds) metal ball in kettlebell juggling.

It’s all about flowing with the weight and finding rhythm, practitioners say.
