The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library presents a free front-porch jazz performance at the library Saturday, Feb. 15, at 3 p.m.

PHXJAZZ will offer a toe-tapping romp through the world of funky/soul jazz, according to a press release.

Bringing together a variety of groove-based music from the 1960s and 1970s, PHXJAZZ shares instrumental jazz featuring the sounds of artists such as Lou Donaldson and Donald Byrd and their blues-oriented, soul-infused songs.

The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library presents a free front-porch jazz performance at the library Saturday, Feb. 15, at 3 p.m.

PHXJAZZ will offer a toe-tapping romp through the world of funky/soul jazz, according to a press release.

Bringing together a variety of groove-based music from the 1960s and 1970s, PHXJAZZ shares instrumental jazz featuring the sounds of artists such as Lou Donaldson and Donald Byrd and their blues-oriented, soul-infused songs.

Free and open to the community, the concert is held in the Fountain Hills Library’s reading lounge. There is no registration required to attend this concert.

The Fountain Hills Friends of the Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works to support the Fountain Hills Library.
