OPINION – We can always count on Councilperson Allen Skillicorn to flex his self-proclaimed “chaos agent” muscles. His latest bid to serve his MAGA masters? A proposal to erect a Charlie Kirk memorial statue in Fountain Hills.
Did Kirk live in Fountain Hills? No. Did he contribute anything to Fountain Hills? No. The closest Kirk came to supporting Fountain Hills was his company giving jobs to Councilperson Hannah Larrabee and her spouse, Ben Larrabee, who is now jockeying for a future power position in our town.
Why would Skillicorn publicly claim that we want a Kirk memorial erected here? This appears to be nothing more than another political ploy.
