The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved nine permit applications at the meeting held on Nov. 14, with no applications in need of further review. Also approved was two changes to existing permits. One home was considered in violation of NPOA guidelines and two permits were not approved as requested.

Approvals were as follows:

*10223 Demaret – single-family home.

*16243 Carmel – window/door replacement.

*17046 Parlin – garage addition.

*16338 Nicklaus – window/door replacement and reroof,

*15131 Palisades – repaint.

*15448 Thistle – wall.

*15812 Boulder – window replacement.

*16020 Ocotillo – repaint.

*17011 Salida – repaint.

Approvals to changes were as follows:

*16647 Paradox – repaint.

*16117 Ocotillo – repaint.

Not approved were as follows:

*15158 Verbena – repaint.

*16008 Ocotillo – repaint.

The NPOA welcomes member homeowners who are interested in serving the NPOA Board of Directors or the Neighborhood Committee of Architecture.

The Neighborhood Committee of Architecture (NCOA) meets Tuesday mornings at 8:30 a.m. to review plans submitted during the previous week.  Deadlines for permit submittal is Fridays at 2 p.m. to be reviewed on the following Tuesday.

The NPOA Board of Directors meets the second Wednesday of each month at 9 a.m.
