The Neighborhood Property Owners’ Association’s Committee of Architecture reviewed and approved 19 permit requests at the meeting held Oct. 22.

The Neighborhood Committee of Approval (NCOA) holds meetings twice a month on the first and third Tuesdays at 4 p.m.to review plans submitted during the previous weeks. Deadlines for permit submittal are Thursdays at 2 p.m. and will be reviewed at the following meeting.

The NPOA Board of Directors meets on the second Wednesday of each month at 4 p.m.
