The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will look to approve new residential units and amend changes to a pair of Town Ordinances during its meeting on Monday, April 13.
A Special Use Permit was requested to develop six residential units on a 6,000 square foot property located at 16865 E. Parkview Ave., according to meeting background information provided. The property is roughly 150 feet west of the southwest corner of Saguaro Boulevard and Parkview Avenue and zoned for intermediate commercial district.
The applicant is looking to build a three-story, mixed-use building consisting of approximately 1,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space with six residential units above.
