Fountain Hills planning commission meets Dec. 9

The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will be considering a Special Use Permit to modify an existing wireless communications facility went it meets on Monday, Dec. 9.

The applicant is asking for the permit to allow T-Mobile to replace a cell tower in the church parking lot on Fountain Hills Boulevard and Ironwood Drive.

The request is to replace a flagpole with a stealth palm tree monopole. There would be an increase in height from 55 feet to 65 feet.
