Fountain Hills PROMise pledge returns

Prom set for April 13

The Fountain Hills Protect Our Youth Coalition and the Fountain Hills High School Student Government (STUGO) launched the Falcon PROMise Pledge campaign last year, and the fundraiser is back for another year.

Good Living Greens, located at 16842 E. Parkview Ave., #2, and its owners, Jill and Jeremy Keefe, were the first outside organization to donate to the PROMise Pledge campaign last year. The Coalition brought Jill into the STUGO meeting on March 19 to help kick off this year’s campaign.

STUGO members signed the pledge to commit to abstain from drinking or drug use and focus on the fun of prom night. The STUGO members will be going from class to class to ask their fellow students to sign the pledge leading up to prom on Saturday, April 13.
