The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will be reviewing two special use permit applications for residential housing units when it meets Monday, Nov. 18.
One proposal is to have 12 apartment units in a three-story building on Avenue of the Fountains just west of Verde River Drive. The mixed-use project will have commercial business uses on the ground floor.
The 30,000 square-foot project will include six apartment units on each of the second and third floors. They range in size from 1,400 to 1,600 square feet. There will be garages for 10 of the residential units.
