The Town of Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will meet for its regular monthly meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, March 10.
On its agenda are a public hearing and consideration for a downtown overlay zoning district as well as an opening discussion related to revisiting telecommunications infrastructure regulations.
The goal of the downtown overlay is to bring zoning up to date and consistent with an updated Downtown Strategy document approved by the Town Council last year. That document is to provide the framework for continued improvement to meet the goals of a vibrant, active commercial district in the downtown area.
