The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will be holding a hearing and considering proposed changes to rules governing the Temporary Use Permit process with the town. The commission meets at 6 p.m. Monday, Sept. 9, in council chambers at Town Hall.
Development Services Director John Wesley said the proposed changes are aimed at improving the functioning and usability of the ordinance.
“This section provides the procedures for considering and approving temporary uses of property,” Wesley said.
