Transaction Privilege Tax revenue for the Town of Fountain Hills for Fiscal Year 2025 that ended June 30 was $20,191,270, according to a report to the town council by Finance Director Paul Soldinger.
While that total is down from the previous fiscal year by about 1.8%, Soldinger described the revenue situation as “stable” in his presentation to the council on Sept. 2. He said the year finished strong with a .43% increase in revenue year over year during the fourth quarter.
The staff’s conservative budgeting practices along with careful monitoring of expenditures have resulted in an overall positive financial picture for the town despite some slipping revenues, according to Soldinger.
