Potential Fountain Hills mayoral and council candidates received a cease and desist letter from Town Attorney Jennifer Wright on March 10 warning against the use of the Town seal and logo in campaign artwork.
At the time, the first letter left some candidates confused as it was not directed at anyone in particular nor did it mention any wrongdoing.
