Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills reports that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, Jan. 4, to Wednesday, Jan. 10.
Thursday, Jan. 4
*A resident of the 14000 block of Briarwood Drive reported that an unknown suspect used their personal identifying information without permission resulting in monetary loss to the victim.

Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office District 7 substation based in Fountain Hills reports that deputies responded to the following calls during the week from Thursday, Jan. 4, to Wednesday, Jan. 10.
Thursday, Jan. 4
*A resident of the 14000 block of Briarwood Drive reported that an unknown suspect used their personal identifying information without permission resulting in monetary loss to the victim.
*Deputies made a traffic stop at Shea Boulevard and Eagle Mountain Parkway on a vehicle displaying expired registration. A records check determined the driver had outstanding warrants. The driver was booked into jail for the warrants.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Avenue of the Fountains where a subject was trespassed from an apartment complex.
*A resident of the 14000 block of Boxwood Lane reported that a former employer was sending them threatening text messages.
*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Del Cambre Avenue where a domestic violence assault was reported. Case is pending suspect contact.
Friday, Jan. 5
*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at 134th Street on a vehicle displaying expired registration. A records check determined the driver’s license was suspended. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies made a traffic stop for speeding on Shea Boulevard and Arista Lane. The vehicle was traveling 75 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies made a traffic stop on McDowell Mountain Road at Mile Post 1. The motorist was stopped for criminal speed traveling 85 miles per hour where the speed limit is 45. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Palisades Blvd. where a student reportedly damaged property belonging to a school. The school is unwilling to aid in prosecution.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Segundo Drive reported a violation of a court order.
Saturday, Jan. 6
*A resident of the 16000 block of Trevino Drive reported that an unknown suspect took the recycling bin from their residence.
Monday, Jan. 8
*Deputies responded to the 14000 block of Olympic Way where a private property hit and run traffic collision was reported.
*Deputies made a traffic stop on Shea Boulevard at Arista Lane. A motorist was stopped for criminal speed travelling 78 miles per hour where the speed limit is 50. The driver was issued a criminal citation.
*A business in the 11000 block of Saguaro Blvd. reported that a subject who had been trespassed from the business had returned to the location.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Avenue of the Fountains where a private property traffic collision was reported.
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Saguaro Blvd. where it was reported that unknown suspects had taken copper pipe from a construction site.
Tuesday, Jan. 9
*Deputies responded to the 16000 block of Segundo Drive where a violation of a court order was reported.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Shea Blvd. where it was reported that unknown suspects took aluminum panels from a construction site.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Colony Drive where it was reported that unknown suspects stole a motorcycle from a storage facility.
Wednesday, Jan. 10
*Deputies responded to Fountain Hills and Shea boulevards where a non-injury traffic collision was reported.
*Deputies responded to Palisades Boulevard and La Montana Drive where a traffic collision with injury was reported.
*Deputies responded to Summer Hill Boulevard and Jagged Circle where a non-injury collision was reported.
*A resident of the 16000 block of Segundo Drive reported a violation of a court order and ongoing harassment.
*Deputies responded to the 17000 block of Colony Drive where it was reported that unknown suspects burglarized a storage unit.
