Fountain Hills throwers move up ranks as state nears

It's almost time for the sprin sports playoffs. Here's where Fountain Hills High School's teams are:

Track & Field

Fountain Hills track and field competed in the Ben Franklin Invitational on April 18, and had three athletes qualified for the finals. That led to top six finishes for senior Logan LeDrew in javelin, junior Nathan Melloy in discus and junior Abe Gordoa in long jump.
