With the first day of the 2026-2027 school year starting Thursday, July 30, the Town of Fountain Hills is hosting a Back to School Bash to celebrate the occasion. The free, family-friendly event will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 15, at Four Peaks Park.
Kids of all ages and families are invited to cool off with water slides, take on obstacle courses and check out live demonstrations and vehicles from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office, according to the press release. MCSO will have the SWAT, Bomb Sqaud, K9 Unit and helicopter available for show.
Students will be able to dunk Fountain Hills Unified School District administrators in the dunk tank and explore various interactive booths presented by community partners.
