Fountain Hills will potentially see a cast of major projects and developments starting in the coming months, including everything from The Village apartments at Four Peaks Plaza to the Shea Boulevard expansion and Palomino boulevard reconstruction projects.
The Village at Four Peaks, a proposed four-story structure wrapped around a central parking garage in the Four Peaks Plaza alongside Target has not seen any progress as 2026 gets rolling, town Public Information Officer Mike Pelton said.
However, the town plans on moving ahead with construction toward reconstructing Palomino Boulevard. No progress has been made toward widening Shea Boulevard.
