Fountain Hills Town Council approves Dairy Queen SUP

Will remove nine parking spots

The Foutain Hills Town Council unanimously approved a Special Use Permit for the proposed Dairy Queen Grill & Chill on the southwest corner of Saguaro and Palisades boulevards during its meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 16.

The SUP allows Dairy Queen to remove up to nine parking spaces directly south of the building for room for an extended drive-through.

A curb will be put in for a transition and the area will be repaved, Town Development Services Director John Wesley said.
