Fountain Hills Town Council approves ‘highly competitive’ janitorial contract

Services for 59,000 square feet of town usage

Members of the Fountain Hills Town Council unanimously approved a long-term contract with BIO-Janitorial Services for town-wide needs.

The contract, not to exceed $150,000 per year, covers services to the town hall campus including the Sheriff’s Office, Community Center, library, parks and trailhead restrooms.

“We have a high level of janitorial needs throughout all of our buildings and facilities throughout town,” Town Manager Rachael Goodwin said. “So this was a highly competitive contract.”
