Fountain Hills Town Council approves medical marijuana ordinance change

Expanded hours of operation approved

The Fountain Hills Town Council has made changes to the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to marijuana  dispensaries in the community.

Following input from the Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition, the council voted 6-1 to allow the dispensary in Fountain Hills to operate between the hours of 7 a.m. and 9 p.m. This is an increase from the current window of 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
