Fountain Hills Town Council approves mixed-use development

Development holds six residential units

The Fountain Hills Town Council approved (6-1) a special use permit for a mixed-use development during its meeting Tuesday, Nov. 18. 

Vice Mayor Allen Skillicorn was the dissenting vote. 

The Fountain Hills Planning & Zoning Commission unanimously approved the proposal to go before the council during its October meeting.
