Fountain Hills Town Council approves pavement funding

$3.7 million for work this fiscal year

Pavement improvements are an item near the top of the Fountain Hills Town Council’s list of projects each year.

At its Nov. 19 session, the council approved $3.7 million for work to be done this fiscal year.

A portion of the work under a current agreement is already underway in northern Fountain Hills off Boulder Drive and includes Tepee Drive along with Kim Drive and adjoining streets. That work is being done with $1.5 million from the current Cooperative Purchase Agreement with the City of Chandler, an agreement that expires on Dec. 31.
