The Town Council has approved a waiver request for a property owner to exceed the fill limits of the Subdivision Ordinance for a planned new home construction in Westridge Estates.
Per the ordinance, builders may use fill up to 10 feet above grade when preparing a lot. In this case the applicant is asking for a maximum of 15 feet.
Due to a physical disability, the homeowner plans to build the home with a main living level on a single floor. This is to include kitchen/dining, great room, den, utility pantry and two bedrooms, as well as garage and outdoor patio.
