The Fountain Hills Town Council unanimously approved job order contracts for three mechanical and plumbing services during its meeting on April 7.
The town’s current plumbing, mechanical and maintenance service contracts reached their term limits with no additional renewal option, according to meeting background information.
Fountain Hills reached one-year agreements with Crawford Mechanical Services, LLC, Go To Services, Inc., and TD Industries, Inc. with up to four additional one-year renewal options. Each contract is not to exceed $150,000, Public Works Director Justin Weldy said, who called the amount a “holding place.”
