The Fountain Hills Town Council has postponed a vote on a zoning request from the Phoenix Cannabis medical marijuana dispensary in Fountain Hills.
The dispensary is asking for a zoning amendment that would allow them to operate extended hours, between 7 a.m. and 9 p.m., as well as allow for delivery of products to customers.
The council asked representatives of the dispensary to sit down and talk with representatives of the Fountain Hills Youth Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition to see if some of the concerns presented by the coalition might be allayed.
